I know what you’re thinking. You can’t decloset Harry; he isn’t gay. Fair enough.
Truth is, it’s because homosexuality is so scarce in the Potterverse that I need to draw out what is there. We understand ourselves through fiction. Like many of you, I grew up with Harry Potter. Like fewer of you, I’m a lesbian.
